The overall building outside and inside is VERY nice! We loved the aesthetic! We had such a good experience from check-in to check-out. The front desk ladies were EXCEPTIONAL. Also all of the other staff. The night before we were supposed to leave, we found out there was an issue with my car and it would not start. We simply asked if anyone had any jumper cables or anything and they were more than happy to take the time to help us outside with my car. I really, really appreciate that. Everyone was really kind and attentive. Our room exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. Bed was super comfortable and the sheets were really soft. I always have a hard time sleeping in hotels, but the pillows and everything was super comfy and I actually was able to sleep well. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay - everything we were doing was not far at all, so it was a great location. It was our first trip to Duluth/Superior and we definitely plan on coming back and staying at Boarders Inn & Suites. Just another HUGE thank you to the staff who helped us out with our car!!!! Y'all deserve a raise ;)

I had requested a room by the pool. They didn't have anything like that available and had booked me far from it. They upgraded me to a king suite for the same price. The suite was huge and much closer to pool and lobby for me. *That was important because I was traveling alone, I felt safer. Sauna, hot tub, pool were all clean and fresh. Included a nice breakfast in the morning as well as coffee on all day. Staff was wonderful!!! Anything I needed they got me immediately. Super friendly and helpful. I would recommend

Very well kept hotel. The staff looks like a family and they take care of a place like their own house- with love and care. Very friendly and professional. Large pool, hot tub and sauna is a big plus . Hotel smells nice ,clean and spacious. Good breakfast is included in a stay. Really happy with our stay. Thank you!
